At a time when division is pervasive in our culture, we are coming together in Christ. Our 2024 conference theme is Unified — and we're pursuing it boldly.
The antidote to division is not isolation or uniformity – it's unification. It’s coming together to navigate differences, harness our unique gifts, and honor our perspectives. It’s believing that we are many parts of one body - each offering something valuable. It's choosing collaboration over competition, embracing over ignoring, and connecting over canceling. This year at Boldly, we're bridging the divide between sacred and secular as we allow our faith to inform our work so we can make an impact for the Kingdom – together.

Courtney Strickler
As the Director of Marketing, Courtney Strickler partners with CPG’s, suppliers, and client partners on their strategic innovation and marketing needs. She has deep experience collaborating with suppliers of all sizes, from the largest of CPG organizations to startups. Courtney’s knowledge and responsibilities span across 84.51° Kroger Precision Marketing capabilities including loyalty, social media, and search engine marketing.
Courtney previously worked at General Motors, Keurig Dr Pepper, and PepsiCo in a variety of roles including Public Relations and Shopper Marketing for the past 20 years. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She lives in the Cincinnati area with her husband of 17 years, Dustin and 12-year-old son, Evan. Courtney’s journey reflects a wealth of experience and a commitment to driving marketing excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of consumer goods and retail. Email Courtney
Dawn Valandingham
Dawn is a 25+ year veteran in the data analytics and consulting business. She found a passion when she began to lead and mentor people at her first job and was able to uncover her desire to be a servant leader. Dawn has found each of her career opportunities through networking and taking calculated risks to try something new. She strives to make her work meaningful daily to honor her family and her faith. Chapter sponsorships help an individual chapter reduce venue costs, lower ticket pricing, help with printing and event needs, and allow a chapter to scholarship women with financial needs so they can attend.
