In 2015, Kelley launched KEIRUS BY KJE, a tech-enabled, data-driven consulting and leadership development firm. Kelley’s corporate career includes leadership roles in marketing communications, human resources, corporate social responsibility and talent development. As the former chief diversity officer for JCPenney, Kelley was instrumental in the organization achieving external recognition and acclaim for linking business innovation and talent development with Inclusion and Diversity.
Kelley is a Hogan-certified executive coach, a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, and author of INFINITE: The Power of Love, and EMERGE! Take Possession of Your Purpose.
