2022 Directors' Retreat

What a sweet weekend it was as Chapter Directors from all over gathered together in Dallas to be inspired and dream about their hopes for their chapters this year. They shared meals, stories, and laughs over the course of three days.

Directors representing almost every chapter were inspired by co-founder Kat Armstrong’s message about cultivating their chapters and their own faith. Then Amy Cedrone, Polished’s Executive Director, gave a talk about where we are heading as a ministry. Directors also did training in Operations and Communication and learned more about Rocío López’s role as Regional Director.

Additionally, directors had a chance to brainstorm ideas for moving their chapters into a post-pandemic world. There was also a meaningful time of prayer and reflection.

The directors are excited about leading their chapters into 2022!
