Bianca Chow is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultant, facilitator, and storyteller with over 18 years of experience in DEI, brand management, marketing, global operations, communications, project management and employee engagement. Bianca most recently explored the DEI consulting space for the first time, after many years in corporate America, which included time in the fashion, retail and tech industries.

Bianca enjoys sharing her career journey and her personal story as a daughter of Chinese immigrants as a means of empowering others, specifically teen girls and women to reach their full potential.

In addition to serving as a champion for women and girls through nonprofits like Dallas Step Up Women’s Network, GenHERation, The Orchid Giving Circle at the Texas Women’s Foundation, and the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Bianca is also a passionate advocate for Disability Inclusion and Mental Health. Bianca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
