Jill a team leader with a passion for identifying strengths of individuals and helping them find a role where they can flourish. She is also a firm believer that a life outside of work and a healthy work/life balance can spark creativity and productivity and enable people to perform at their very best.

Professionally, Jill is a Certified Public Account and has worked for the IRS since September of 2002, holding various positions including Internal Revenue Agent, Senior Team Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert, and Coaching Coordinator. She is also a Certified Professional Coach working towards her Associate Certified Coach Certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Personally, she believes in living life to the fullest and enjoys being a wife, dog mom, equestrian, professional musician, and young adult ministry leader.
