Speaker: Kelley JOhnson

A truth-teller and problem solver, Kelley is trusted for her wise counsel and ability to translate complex challenges into needle-moving strategies that build engagement and achieve results in the areas of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Leadership Development. Before launching KEIRUS BY KJE in 2015, Kelley was the chief diversity officer for JCPenney, where she helped the organization achieve external recognition for linking business innovation and talent development with Inclusion and Diversity.

Kelley is a Hogan-certified executive coach, a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, and author of two books: "EMERGE!" a guide for women pursuing God's purpose, and INFINITE: The Power of Love, a Bible study about diversity, equity and inclusion. She is a member of the KERA Dallas board, and has previously held advisory roles with INROADS, the Latino Leadership Initiative at SMU Cox School of Business and the March of Dimes of Greater Dallas.
