JoyPop Owner and Creative Director, Devin M. Butler is a dynamic mom of two tiny humans, former collegiate gymnast, and aspiring Broadway performer. Devin grew up in Dallas but birthed her love for the arts in Washington, DC, New York City, and Miami. As the saying goes, "Man Plans, and God Laughs." JoyPops was birthed in the space between my plans and my Heavenly Father's desires for me.
