Speaker: Tiffany Benitez
Tiffany’s career in technology spans several industries, beginning in finance with a 12-year tenure at Bank of America. She then moved to the retail industry, joining Walmart’s Home Office in the Global Data Technology organization. There, she led portfolio management, strategy, and multiple transformation and continuous improvement efforts to advance the Global Data organization toward Agile and Product ways of working.
Later, Tiffany joined Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she led strategy, continuous improvement, portfolio management, governance, awareness, and communications for cybersecurity in technology. At Lowe’s, she also led the Women in Technology group and served on the leadership team for the Women Empowered Business Resource Group, driving change and advocacy for women across the organization.
Currently, Tiffany is a Senior Director in IT Applications at Tyson Foods, Inc., leading the Business Engagement and Transformation teams. She also serves as the marketing director for the Women’s BRG and is part of the Steering Committee and leadership team for Tyson’s Women in Technology group. She recently launched Women in Technology of Northwest Arkansas, fostering connection, development, growth, and empowerment for women. Tiffany is an author, speaker, and advocate for women, leveraging her strong connections with people to drive change and empowerment.
