Speaker: Helen Kasper

Helen Kasper is an insurance executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading teams, collaborating with C-suite executives, and transforming business groups. Over her career, she has worked for Fortune 100 companies, including The Hartford and Travelers. In her most recent role at The Hartford, she was responsible for the largest national partnerships for the company and part of the executive leadership team that presented at Investor Day. As an executive sales leader, she understands the value of mentoring and development. She believes in continuous improvement and paying it forward for the next generation of leaders. Helen is a graduate of Notre Dame College and the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Helen is currently Head of Business Development at Dillingham Insurance in Oklahoma City.
