D. Michelle Thompson, MBA, is a published author, motivational speaker, trainer/consultant in the space of Leadership Development. Prior to this work, D. Michelle gleaned lessons on leadership while managing multimillion-dollar budgets for Fortune 100 brands while working at top advertising agencies and consumer packaged goods companies. In 2004, she started her own consulting firm, Designed for Destiny LLC, dedicated to empowering people through her writing, teaching and speaking. This for-profit work is complemented by her work with youth under her 501c3 non-profit Table for 1 Ministries Inc. founded in 2011.
Daniel works for Orange as the Product Specialist, helping both leaders and parents strategize on how to best implement curriculum, resources, and experiences that promote the alignment of the church and the home. He is also a regular contributor to Parent Cue, a team committed to providing practical encouragement, insight, and resources for everyday parents. Daniel has served as a Kids Pastor at churches in Texas for over 12 years and holds a Master's degree in Ministerial Leadership. His greatest accomplishment and joy in life is getting to parent his two amazing daughters, Emmy (13) and Elle (11).
Kelley Johnson transforms workplace cultures for national and global organizations by empowering individuals to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion. Before launching KEIRUS BY KJE in 2015, a strategy consulting and leadership development firm, Kelley was a chief diversity officer for a Fortune 500 company. A graduate of Texas Woman's University and a Hogan certified executive coach, she is most proud of her roles as a wife, mom, and servant in ministry.

This informative panel will be moderated by Sheila Walls, a calm yet strategic influencer positioned to ignite and cultivate positive change in individuals, teams, and organizations. She is a wife, mother, cultivation strategist, coach, inspirational speaker, preacher, pastor, and leader who passionately pursues purpose and Kingdom impact. Sheila’s 30 year career in Corporate America, where she continues to serve, includes leadership positions in underwriting, customer contact centers, agency sales, and executive.
Sheila has been married to her best friend and her partner for life, Christopher Walls, for 27 years. They have been blessed with three amazing miracles: Christopher II, Evan, and Kiersten.
