When Heather was a little girl, she dreamed of standing on a broadway stage and singing her heart out. She followed those dreams to college where she pursued a Musical Theater degree from Abilene Christian University. After college Heather got married, and she thrived as a high school theater teacher. After 4 years of teaching, she chose to leave Lubbock High (one of the hardest decisions she had ever made), and stay at home.
Thus began a new adventure where Heather was faced with an identity crisis. Who was she without theater? Who was she without a “job”? And for the next 7 years, the Lord walked with Heather through the answers to these questions. Heather found herself meeting with women one on one, and longing to help them grow and change. They would come to her and share their deepest, most vulnerable dreams and she had no way of helping them. Then she heard about coaching. Heather trained at Professional Christian Coaches Institute, and started her business. The transformation of her clients shocked and emboldened Heather to dream even bigger than a broadway stage.
