Speaker: Coletta Patterson

Coletta Jones Patterson is a certified personal and executive coach, author, speaker and business leader who excels in getting others unstuck. She has counseled, mentored and coached hundreds of people in achieving greater levels of success. Through her coaching, others have more clarity about their goals and develop practical action plans to thrive. Additionally, Coletta has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. She now leads Teen Action and Support Center in Rogers, Arkansas, as the Executive Director. Through its three sites across Northwest Arkansas, TASC addresses the needs of teens. Her diverse experiences as a pastor’s wife, business executive and entrepreneur, have shaped her abilities to inspire others to live the lives they have always desired. Coletta is married to Antonio and they have three children.
