Speaker: Lacey Cline
Lacey Cline currently works for Arvest Bank as a Talent Management Program Manager. She joined Arvest in 2004 through the Tulsa HR team to launch and manage a local leadership program. She built and led the program for 8 years, while working as a member of Tulsa's HR group. She then moved into Shared Services, People Team, in 2013 to start the Talent Management area with a formal bank group wide mentor program. During her time on this team, Lacey created and launched the mentor program, the myCareer suite of resources, a Commercial Banker Trainee program, and co-launched formal succession practices and the Birkman assessment across the bank group. Most recently Lacey has shifted to oversee the Leader Index Scorecard project for our senior leaders. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a Master's degree in I/O Psychology, and certifications in career coaching, lean six sigma, and agile practices. Prior to Arvest, she was in a variety of industries, from marketing to staffing to legal. Her passion is helping associates develop and grow, whether that is working directly with the associate, or working through leaders. She has two boys who attend Jenks Public Schools and her husband is a teacher/coach, and City Councilor for Jenks. They attend BattleCreek Church where she and her husband both serve as youth teachers for 4th and 5th grade students.
